My name is Brad. I grew up in a dysfunctional family and was exposed to alcohol and drugs at a young age. As an adult, I had it all—a wife, children, job, house—until I made a bad choice and landed in prison.
When I was released, I was homeless. I’d lost everything. I came to The Rescue Mission scared and alone. But the staff at Life House, a division of the Mission, was wonderful and kind. They provided me with food, clothing, a warm shower and a bed.
Before I came to Life House, I was street smart and didn’t care about God or anything. The Mission has helped me grow in my faith. I want to thank everyone who supports the Mission and tell them to keep giving. The Rescue Mission is doing a great job!
